Note: The followings are my thoughts and theorized imagination thus I do not expect all of these statements to be correct, but after examining different pages now I believe the repeated families and described rules of omissions can be seen in all of the paragraphs of the voynich manuscript, and this is a base for further development of the deciphering technique.
Voynich manuscript is an old book belonging to the 15th century AD, which has strange writings and unfamiliar script. This manuscript was found in 1912 by Wilfred Voynich whom it’s given the name from, but until now, despite many efforts, no one has been able to successfully read its lines. Many believe that the book is in code and this is the reason for our inability to read. In my opinion, classification of repetitive structures is a way to decipher the mysterious manuscript.
Repetition structure and omission rules
In a line of Voynich manuscript, if we display the words with the symbols A1, A2, A3, A4, A5,…, A(n) and classify the repeated sequences, we reach three main families whose structures are summarized in the following models:
Family of Joining Elements
The first family has two forms, in both of these forms a piece is repeated consecutively without placing another piece. In the first form, the last part of a word is equal to the beginning part of the next word, and in the second form, the repeated part is inside a word.( a piece can be one letter or a sequence of letters.)
Family of Alternative Omissions
The second family is repetitions in the beginning and end letters of adjacent words, in such a way that the beginning of one word is the same as the beginning of another word, or the end of a word is the same as the end of the adjacent word. In general, this family is the most abundant
Family of Mirrored Reversed Elements
In the third family, identical parts surround the two sides of a part or word, which itself is seen in different forms
Order of deletions:
Loop ( loop(Rule1), then loop (Rule2), then loop(Rule3) )

These layers of repetition are superimposed on each other to encode the original text. Therefore, according to the structures observed and the examinations, we can have a theory that reveals how this code was made:
Iteration Theory
- For each paragraph of the Voynich manuscript, there are repetitions of different letters in the sequences of words
- Each sequence is an island of its own repeated letters, which is not necessarily the same as the next sequence
- The structure of consecutive repeats is placed in at least three families and there are layers of these repeats
- By removing repetitions and inserting symbols, it changes the reading framework of words and sentences
- There was an early text whose letters were replaced by unfamiliar forms
- Word spaces have been removed and cuts have been made in different parts of the text
- Finally, repeated parts have been added to the word-like parts and repeated features have been given to the lines
